Job Description
MOGO Korean Fusion Tacos - Boardwalk Location is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to support store management in leading a 20+ store-operating team. The Shift Leader ensures that the customer experience always takes priority while helping store management to align and enable the team to achieve store operating goals during their shift. The Shift Leader is a front-line team member and expected to be an all-around ambassador of the MOGO ethos. This position reports directly to store management. Essential Responsibilities Mastery of all day-to-day store operating shift positions. Effectively lead same-shift team members to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the restaurant and assisting as needed. Ensure the optimal customer experience, service and satisfaction including positively addressing customer inquiries and feedback during the shift. Support store management in effectively implementing Company policies, control systems and procedures during the shift.
