Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that all service and check control procedures are followed.
  • Demonstrates a courteous and pleasant attitude to all our guests.
  • Ensures sanitation compliance and guidelines.
  • Supervises service and performance of all Food & Beverage service personnel.
  • Responsible for station rotations.
  • Resolves guest complaints.
  • Participates in quarterly training and new hire training if applicable.
  • Responsible for providing excellence in service and cleanliness.
  • Responsible for maintaining all service standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Target Salary Range:
