Duties Supervise and coordinate shift activities to ensure smooth restaurant operations from opening to closing Lead staff training and development to enhance team performance and service quality Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet safety and quality standards Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and order processing Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Monitor food production processes, kitchen management, and food safety compliance throughout each shift Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision with a strong background in quick service & fast food environments Hands-on knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, inventory control, and food safety protocols Prior experience in hospitality management or fine dining is a plus; casual dining or banquet experience highly valued Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shift responsibilities efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills for interviewing staff, training team members, and engaging with guests Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader where your energy fuels our success!
