Qualifications & Experience What You'll Do As a Shift Lead, you'll be at the heart of the action — leading from the floor, not the sidelines: Create memorable, interactive experiences for guests of all ages Lead, coach, and motivate Guest Experience Hosts to deliver top-tier service Own the guest experience on the floor — design and lead engaging games/activities, and ensure all team members consistently meet customer service standards Delegate responsibilities and ensure operational standards are consistently met Act as a role model for "Guest Obsession" and positive team culture Jump in to resolve guest concerns with a solutions-focused mindset Partner with leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly Help train and develop team members to grow their skills and confidence What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Outgoing, energetic, and naturally engaging with guests and team members A team player who can also confidently lead and delegate Passionate about creating fun, memorable experiences for families and children Comfortable holding others accountable while maintaining a positive culture Experienced in customer-facing roles (minimum 3 years required) Skilled at coaching, training, and motivating others Benefits The Perks of the Magic ✨
