Position Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated and dynamic Team Members to join our operations team. This unique position will specialize in leading our Deep Fried Love kitchen operations while also being cross-trained on The DreamWheel , supporting ride operations and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Operations - Deep Fried Love Daily food preparation Frontline food service Follow kitchen open and closing procedures Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused work environment Attraction Operations - The DreamWheel Cross-train in wheel operations, including boarding, safety checks, and guest interaction Support crowd control and line management during peak hours Monitor safety protocols and escalate maintenance or guest concerns as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or amusement operations preferred ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screening in accordance with company policy (including THC).
