Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our food service operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning. Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs and minimize loss. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Train and develop staff on food safety standards, food handling procedures, customer service excellence, and operational protocols. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards related to food production, kitchen practices, and sanitation. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food industry operations. Strong background in food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management within a hospitality setting. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing potential team members, and developing talent. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Background in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities efficiently.
