In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, manage food production and preparation, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences, whether in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while managing a dynamic kitchen operation. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service and high-quality standards Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines Oversee food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations Lead and motivate kitchen staff through effective shift management, training, and performance feedback Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs to optimize efficiency Implement best practices in food management and hospitality to elevate overall dining experience Skills Proven experience in food production, cooking, and food preparation within a fast-paced environment Strong management skills with a background in restaurant or hospitality management Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and dietary requirements Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Familiarity with kitchen management systems, inventory control, and shift management Culinary experience across various cuisines; banquet or catering experience is a plus Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and service Join us as a Kitchen Supervisor where your culinary passion meets leadership excellence!
