About the Role Seaview is seeking an exceptional Outlets Director, Food & Beverage to lead our multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations. This dynamic leader will oversee the Main Dining Room, Grill Room, Lobby Bar and Patio, Golf Snack Shop and Pool Bar, while delivering refined and contemporary guest experiences aligned with the Destination by Hyatt brand. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, elevating guest satisfaction, and achieving financial goals across all dining venues. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about experiential dining, innovation, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Lead the daily operations for Main Dining Room, Grill Room, Lobby Bar and Patio, Golf Snack Shop and Pool Bar operations in alignment with Destination by Hyatt brand standards. Partner with culinary, events, and hotel leadership teams to achieve service, operational, and financial goals. Drive exceptional guest experiences through elevated food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and service consistency. Improve workflows, labor planning, and operational efficiencies to maximize performance and profitability. Ensurepliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Monitor guest feedback and service recovery opportunities to continuously enhance the guest experience and drive engagement. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and mentor outlet managers, assistant managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with Hyatt values. Conduct ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development conversations. Lead daily operational meetings andmunicate priorities effectively. Serve as a visible and hands-on leader, especially during peak service periods. Guest Experience Build strong guest relationships and create memorable dining experiences. Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, personalized service. Elevate luxury touchpoints and service rituals throughout all dining venues. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally with a focus on service recovery. Financial & Administrative Leadership Lead budgeting, forecasting, payroll accountability, and P&L management. Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong cost controls and labor strategies. Monitor inventory, purchasing procedures, and waste reduction initiatives. Use analytics and reporting to identify trends, refine pricing strategies, and optimize margins. Ensure accurate cash handling and POSpliance. Innovation & Concept Evolution Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on menu evolution, promotions, and seasonal activations. Stay ahead of dining, mixology, and luxury hospitality trends. Support beverage innovation and experiential programming that enhances brand positioning. Why Join Hyatt? Qualifications Required 3-5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience with multi-outlet oversight. Experience in a high-volume hotel or resort environment. Demonstrated success managingplex restaurant, lounge, bar, and in-room dining operations. Strong financial acumen with expertise in labor management, forecasting, and profitability. Strong leadership,munication, interpersonal, andanizational skills. Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience. Experience leading luxury or experiential dining concepts. Fine dining experience strongly preferred. ServSafe and alcohol awareness certifications preferred. Dynamicmunicator with executive presence and cross-functional influence. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships across departments. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
