Previous 2 year Experience Working as a Kitchen Lead/Manager

    Job Summary As a Cafe Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of cafe staff. Duties
  • Manage and lead cafe staff in their daily tasks & Help
FOH & BOH
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation standards
  • Train new employees on cafe procedures and customer service protocols
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations Requirements
  • Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of cafe operations, culinary skills, and food service management
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Leadership abilities to motivate and guide cafe staff effectively
