Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor daily schedule compliance and make real-time adjustments to achieve Warehouse targets.
• Communicate daily schedules and ensure adherence to rotation plans.
• Make first-level decisions on personnel movement and implement company policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for production-related employee concerns.
• Motivate and guide team members across multiple departments and work areas.
• Resolve minor conflicts and escalate issues to the supervisor as necessary.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Supervisor to ensure consistent production across shifts.
• Collaborate with management to improve yields, efficiency, safety, and reduce waste.
• Train employees and new hires in job duties, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Accurately complete production and orders documentation for process control.
• Operate power pallet jack and forklift daily
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA, BRC).
• Report all injuries immediately to the supervisor and assist with initial injury reports.
• Monitor and enforce GMP and hygiene standards; support sanitation and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications / Minimum

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food industry.
• Experience in multicultural work environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and respond quickly.
• Professional demeanor, organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Analytical skills for production scheduling and reporting.
• Proficiency in math, reading, writing, and documentation.
• Competency with Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Relevant degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Ability to learn and adhere to company policies and safety procedures (e.g., lockout/tagout, GMPs).
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
