  • Full-time Director of Dining Services We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Dining Services to lead our culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and patients.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining services, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery. Director of Dining Services Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the dining services department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery Manage a team of cooks, servers, and other dining staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and patients Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and minimize conflicts Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Director of Dining Services Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a culinary management role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field preferred Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols and regulations
