Juice Bar Team Leader

The Herd Juicery is an organic juice bar in the West End section of Long Branch. We create some of the most unique items around and focus on serving the highest quality products. The juice bar promotes an upbeat, positive environment that can't be found anywhere else. In addition to the hourly wage, employees receive tips that add $2 to the hourly wage on average. We are looking to add to our team by filling the position below.

Who we want:

We are looking to add a strong, motivated individual to our team who is capable of being a team leader. The ability to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills are just some of the important qualities this person would have. In addition, the ability to oversee the daily operations and manage the team on a daily basis is necessary. The right candidate would have great organizational skills and strong prioritization skills. Prior experience in a health food establishment is preferred and previous restaurant experience is a must. The person who we seek will be extremely reliable and have the references to prove it. Ideally, the candidate would be available to work full time, year round.
