Working Kitchen Supervisor Moorestown Field Club Moorestown, NJ Job Details Part-time $22 - $24 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Food service health code compliance ServSafe Performing background checks Leadership Delegation Full Job Description Overview This is a unique position to include the preparation of cold food items, including appetizers, salads and desserts while managing ticket flow, checking dishes for quality and presentation, communicating between servers and kitchen staff and maintaining kitchen organization and sanitation standards. This position is also responsible for the handling of special requests, delegating tasks and resolving issues to maintain efficient service and customer satisfaction and lastly, provide pertinent end of shift notes to the Chef. Background Check required.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of kitchen experience is required, with a preference for progressive responsibilities. Valid ServSafe Management certification. (REQUIRED) Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in a supervisory or management role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of company policies and industry-specific standards
Banquet Experience Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
