Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Executive Chef / Culinary Concept Lead for our Grab & Go food service division. This role is at the forefront of developing and executing exciting culinary concepts that deliver exceptional quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a talented culinary team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and service. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of innovative culinary concepts tailored to grab-and-go formats, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to deliver high-quality products efficiently Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and cost management to optimize profitability and minimize waste Supervise and mentor culinary staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong vendor relationships Ensure adherence to health regulations and maintain rigorous standards for food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Collaborate with marketing teams to develop menu offerings that appeal to diverse customer preferences while maintaining operational feasibility Oversee shift management to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours and special events such as catering or banquets when applicable Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production within fast-paced environments such as restaurants or catering services Proven supervising experience in kitchen management or hospitality settings with demonstrated leadership capabilities Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience managing dietary departments or specialized menus Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food industry best practices Skilled in menu planning, food preparation techniques, and kitchen organization for optimal efficiency Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations across various jurisdictions Experience in banquet service, catering operations, fine dining environments, or restaurant management is highly desirable Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work culture Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence Join us as we redefine grab-and-go dining by combining culinary innovation with operational excellence. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
