Open Positions Assistant Manager Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift execution. Coach and develop staff while upholding safety, speed, and food quality standards. ServSafe certification strongly preferred. Shift Leads Runs shifts with confidence — maintain food quality, pace, and service standards while supporting training and safety protocols. Ideal for experienced crew leads or aspiring managers. Kitchen Crew / Fryer Team Own the fry station, prep, and assembly line. Maintain accuracy, speed, and temperature control to deliver consistent Nashville Hot Chicken perfection. Commercial kitchen and food safety experience (ServSafe certified or equivalent) highly valued.
