Responsibilities:

Oversee daily dietary and kitchen operations Ensure compliance with NJ DOH, state, and federal regulations Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff Coordinate menus with the Registered Dietitian, including therapeutic diets Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Manage inventory, vendors, and cost controls Ensure survey readiness and proper documentation

Qualifications:
