They are recruiting a Meat Cutting Supervisor to join their team on 1st shift in return for a salary in the region of $79,000

Key Responsibilities include:

Supervise steak cutting and beef fabrication operations Lead production teams focused on beef processing and steak cutting operations Monitor yields, labor efficiency and production KPIs Oversee primal beef breakdown and steak cutting processes Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently maintained Work with robotics and automated cutting systems within the facility Utilize Redzone and production tracking systems to monitor performance Coordinate packaging operations utilizing Multivac equipment Drive operational efficiency, throughput and productivity improvements Qualifications & Experience required: Proven beef steak cutting experience within a high volume processing environment Supervisory experience within beef processing operations Strong understanding of primal beef breakdown and yield calculations Experience with steak cutting equipment and fabrication processes Knowledge of KPIs, labor metrics and continuous improvement initiatives Experience utilizing Redzone systems Understanding of food safety and quality systems Experience working within high volume beef production facilities Preferred additional experience: Experience with Marel robotic laser cutting systems Multivac packaging equipment experience Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement background Automation exposure within protein manufacturing environments
