Now Hiring | Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available You're not just running a shift, you're carrying the culture. At Wingstop, our Shift Leaders are the connective tissue between our crew and our guests. You set the tone when the GM isn't in the building, you keep the team locked in when things get hectic, and you make sure every person who walks out of here leaves satisfied. This role is for someone who's already proven they can lead, and is ready to do more of it. The Role You'll work directly alongside the General Manager to keep daily operations running at a high level. When the GM is out, you're the one holding it down. That means directing the crew, managing the floor, handling guest concerns, and making real-time decisions that protect both the guest experience and the business. You'll be a coach, a problem-solver, and a culture carrier, all in the same shift. What You'll Be Responsible For Your Team. You lead by example and bring out the best in the people around you. You'll coach crew members in the moment, hold the standard without creating chaos, and build the kind of shift energy that makes people actually want to come to work. Your Guests. You have a genuine desire to take care of people, and it shows. You'll handle complaints with calm and professionalism, turning difficult moments into reasons guests come back. Your Operations. You'll manage timelines, keep stations running smoothly, execute on opening and closing duties, and ensure every order going out meets Wingstop's standard for flavor, presentation, and speed. Your Numbers. You understand that operational decisions have financial consequences. You'll help monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and support the GM in implementing the procedures that keep the restaurant profitable.
Requirements:
You're a natural leader who stays composed when things get loud. You communicate clearly, listen well, coach without condescending, and solve problems without drama. You're organized, dependable, and genuinely curious about getting better at your craft. Prior leadership or shift lead experience is preferred. Must be 18 or older.
