Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering procedures. Train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold company standards in customer service, food safety, and operational procedures. Assist with shift management by scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and cleanliness standards across the restaurant. Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Background in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus. Excellent team management skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle inventory control, budgeting, and shift scheduling efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
