Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Manage cash register transactions accurately while balancing cash drawers at shift end Support team members by performing basic food preparation tasks, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant flow Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast-food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions and retail math needs Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Experience in cashiering, upselling techniques, and retail math enhances your ability to boost sales and serve customers effectively Join us as a Dunkin Crew Member where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
