Join the Burritos Alinstante Team! Shift Leaders at Burritos Alinstante are hands-on team members responsible for leading each shift to deliver an exceptional guest experience. They ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety; support, guide, and motivate team members; accurately handle point-of-sale transactions; and communicate effectively with upper management regarding shift needs, challenges, and operational updates. Rate of Pay $16.00 per hour. What you Need A minimum of 6 months previous supervisory experience. Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced work environment. Strong integrity and work ethic. Availability for weekends and holidays. Education A minimum of 6 months previous supervisory experience. Physical Demands/Requirements Ability to stand for long period of time.
