in Rio Rancho, NM, as a Shift Supervisor. With a competitive salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, you'll be part of a small team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee evening and weekend operations, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts and maintaining high standards of quality. Your role is crucial in providing an outstanding experience for our guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have great communication skills, we want you on board!
Compensation:
$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Complete opening and closing duties for general park operations. Maintain efficiency and productivity during each shift. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Uphold high service standards and enhance the customer experience. Ensure resources are available to meet operational needs effectively. Assist in event coordination and management, including executing special events or promotions. Contribute to the success of company events and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Experience in event coordination and management. Strong customer service experience. Availability to work nights and weekends. Legal authorization to work in the US.
