Job is located inside Walmart on 540 Marks St Henderson but will require working at our sister property at 300 E Lake Mead Henderson .
Position Overview:
The Team Lead contributes to the success of the company through assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant. The responsibility is to work hands on in the operation of the restaurant, while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. Also when the managers are not present you are responsible for handling issues with team members, food suppliers, and guests. This position could lead to management as we like to promote from within. Our systems are in place, so the hardest part to this job is showing up and keeping an eye on everyone else. We are a very relaxed, open and fun environment. This is a WORKING leadership position as your main job is rolling and baking the pretzels!
Key Areas of Responsibility:
The ability to provide supervision during assigned shifts. Provides team members, and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere. All other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Food Handlers Card required
