This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in dining or hospitality settings, with a focus on team management. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train new staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures. Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Experience Proven experience in food preparation and production within a culinary environment. Background in hospitality or dining is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.
Wage:
$16/hr to $18/hr depending on experience +
