In addition to helping us get work done, as a supervisor at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you are responsible for because we believe in a people-first approach. If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing. Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and team member KPIs that are essential to our success. Most of the time, you will be: Ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed as required and that all items are balanced at the close of business Responsible for all day to day functions of myRewards Boarding Pass program including but not limited to enrolling Guests, assisting existing members with promotions or redeeming offers and aiding in Guest recovery Ensuring that all procedures set forth by the Nevada Gaming Control Board are followed Transferring bag coin from jet-sort to designated storage area As a frontline supervisor, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people.
