How You Will Create the Extraordinary What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Delegate tasks and ensure smooth daily operations Evaluate, coach, and discipline employees as needed Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care Provide Caesars Family Style Service to guests and team members Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant success Supervisory Responsibilities As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will: Directly supervise restaurant staff Interview, hire, and train employees Plan, assign, and direct daily work Appraise performance and reward achievements Address complaints and resolve issues Enforce company policies and procedures in alignment with Tropicana Entertainment standards What You Will Need Ability to perform all essential duties with professionalism and consistency Knowledge of company policies including fire and safety regulations Strong communication and leadership skills Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Three to six months of related experience in a restaurant, hotel, or casino environment Certificates, Licenses & Registrations Current Health Card and Alcohol Card Language Skills Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to present information clearly in one‑on‑one or small group settings Computer Skills Basic computer proficiency Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems Be Part of Something Legendary If you're ready to bring your leadership, energy, and passion for hospitality to Tropicana Laughlin, we'd be thrilled to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.
