Carson Valley Inn / Katie's Restaurant is currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to run the front of the house operations.

Description:

Responsible for supervising the staff in a high volume, casual dining, fast paced casino restaurant environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Supervisor experience required. Proven ability to Manage and Supervise a diverse workforce. Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings. Quality driven concerning service, team work and operation factors. Detail oriented in all aspects of F&B operations. Ability to multitask with excellent communication and customer service skills. Team leader, coach and mentor. Ability to engage with the customers and employees. Fine dining and wine experience a plus.
