We're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Lead to run daily production across our full SKU lineup, help bring new products from the bench to the production floor, and keep our process tight, consistent, and cost-aware. This is a working leadership role — equal parts production floor and product development. If you can make quality product at volume, help develop the next one, and keep an eye on yield and waste while you do it, we want to talk. What You'll Do Production & Operations
  • Lead daily kitchen production across the full SKU catalog — gummies, beverages, and infused products — to spec, on schedule, and within dosing tolerances
  • Own batch records, SOPs, yields, and quality control so every unit is consistent, compliant, and correctly dosed
  • Plan and prioritize the production schedule to keep output steady and prep ahead of demand
  • Keep the production environment clean, food-safe, and audit-ready
  • Ensure all production is tracked accurately in Metrc/Canix and stays compliant with Nevada

requirements Product Development
  • Help take new products from formulation and trials through scale-up to commercial production
  • Improve existing formulations and support new formats and delivery methods across our product categories
  • Help dial in stability and shelf life, and document formulations so production is repeatable and reliable Costing & Inventory
  • Maintain bills of materials and track standard costs and yields across SKUs
  • Manage raw material and packaging inventory — order accurately, minimize waste and dead stock
  • Support margin and profitability reviews by flagging where cost, yield, or process changes can improve the numbers What We're Looking For Required
  • Hands-on food, beverage, or confectionery manufacturing experience — you've actually made product at volume
  • Strong grasp of formulation, dosing accuracy, and batch-to-batch consistency
  • Organized, SOP-driven, and quality-obsessed
  • Comfortable tracking costs, yields, and inventory, and working from a production schedule
  • Able to move between the production floor, the development bench, and a spreadsheet without missing a beat Strongly Preferred
  • Confectionery or gummy manufacturing background (pectin/gelatin systems, depositing, accurate dosing)
  • Cannabis or other regulated manufacturing experience (Metrc, cGMP, food safety)
  • Beverage and infused-product formulation experience Requirements
  • Must be 21+ and able to obtain and maintain two Nevada CCB agent card (required before start date)
  • Must pass a background check
