The Shift Lead is responsible for assisting with daily store operations, leading team members during shifts, delivering excellent customer service, and helping maintain food quality and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Supervise team members during assigned shifts Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally Assist with opening and closing duties Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Help prepare food orders accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management Train and support new employees Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures Maintain a positive and productive work environment Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or food service leadership experience required Must possess a valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Preferred Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant experience preferred Cash handling and basic computer/POS system knowledge Benefits Competitive pay Growth and advancement opportunities Employee meal discounts
