Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member working the Dinner and Graveyard shifts! As a vital part of our restaurant, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure food quality and safety, and provide outstanding customer experiences during evening hours. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations in accordance with food safety regulations Manage food handling responsibilities including proper storage, portioning, and waste reduction Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring a tidy environment for both staff and customers Support team members with basic math calculations for cash transactions and retail math when applicable Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible evening or overnight hours including weekends Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quick, friendly service while honing your culinary and hospitality skills.
