Direct daily restaurant flow, coaching crew members and managing break schedules during high-volume service periods. Work hands-on alongside your team at the cashier station, grill, and food prep areas to deliver the perfect order. Supervise the staff in executing precise restaurant opening and closing procedures. Enforce strict kitchen safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and food quality standards. Handle basic inventory management tasks and operate the point-of-sale (POS) and cash register systems accurately. Act as the primary point of contact for customer service, resolving guest issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
