We're looking for a motivated and energetic Supervisor to join our expanding restaurant concept. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your ability to teach, multitask, and inspire will help set the tone for a successful shift. Responsibilities Lead and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations Train and guide staff to deliver top-quality service and maintain product standards Oversee shift tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all food and display areas Enforce food safety protocols and operational procedures Manage break schedules and ensure proper shift coverage Record and report waste and communicate any issues to management Serve as a point of contact for shift-related concerns, helping to resolve them promptly Support and collaborate with the management team to meet operational goals Qualifications Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Able to lead, teach, and encourage team members Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Availability for 8-10 hour shifts, including evenings Benefits Full-time position Hourly pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company Collaborative and supportive team culture
