Reopened in 2018 under new ownership, we have grown into a year-round destination for golf, dining, weddings, private events, and live music. We are a community-centered business. Guests come to gather, celebrate, and connect. The kitchen plays a critical role in that experience. Our team members are the heart and soul of our business. The consistency of our food and the professionalism of our service define our reputation. Position Overview We are hiring a Senior Line Cook to support kitchen leadership and help maintain high standards during a busy and expanding season. This is a working leadership support role. You will be on the line during service, helping maintain flow, communication, and quality. This is not a salaried management role, but it requires strong experience, accountability, and maturity. We are looking for someone who strengthens the team through action and consistency. Responsibilities Service Execution Work the line during high-volume service Maintain strong ticket flow and communication Support kitchen leads in upholding timing and quality standards Food Quality Follow recipes and portion standards precisely Ensure consistency in plating and presentation Assist with prep planning and organization Team Support Model professionalism and accountability Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace Qualifications 3+ years line cook experience preferred Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Reliable attendance and punctuality Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak season What We Expect Consistency in execution Accountability for performance Respectful communication Team-first mindset Pride in quality Why Join Us This upcoming season is projected to be one of our strongest yet.
