Menu Planning and Execution:
Develop and update the menu, ensuring a variety of high-quality dishes that align with the restaurant's concept. Oversee the kitchen team to ensure accurate and consistent execution of recipes.
Food Preparation and Presentation:
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's quality and plating expectations.
Kitchen Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure a smooth workflow during service.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
Manage inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies, place orders to maintain stock, and minimize wastage to control cost.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections of food quality, taste, and appearance to maintain consistency and identify areas for improvement.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, following health regulations and maintaining a clean kitchen Collaboration with

Work closely with the ownership and management teams to align kitchen operations with overall restaurant objectives.
Salary:
Competitive compensation based upon experience + performance-based bonus.
Pay:
$20.00•$25.00 per hour
