Job Description

The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Gaming Shift Supervisor to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. In this thrilling location and endless opportunities to provide exceptional guest experience, you will never have a dull day on the job. As a Gaming Shift Supervisor, you will be overseeing the gaming department operations and team members, ensuring superior guest service is being provided, and rules and procedures are followed. You will also be acting as the manager on duty for the overall operation of the video lottery gaming facility.

What will you do? Ensure adequate staffing by monitoring guest volume and wait times Conduct team member hiring, training, development, performance reviews, and corrective counseling Supervise authorization for jackpot payouts in compliance with state and company regulations, policies, and procedures, and investigate and resolve guest issues Supervise work through planning and scheduling of work assignments and performance development Work closely with all departments to ensure that the operation is running efficiently and effectively More about you Associate degree Ability to obtain a NY State Gaming License Minimum six months' gaming experience Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Capacity to work weekends, holidays, and swing shifts Physical requirements Infrequent exposure to smoking environment Shift details Every weekend 10hr shift OT as needed
