Company Match Dining Director Responsibilities:
Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards. Assist in developing the annual Dining Services operating budget. Order and maintain adequate food and departmental supplies in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards. Serve as the liaison for all aspects of Dining Services within the community. Ensure meals are prepared according to approved menus and standardized recipes, are nutritious and appetizing, and are presented in an attractive manner.
Dining Director Education & Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of food service and staff management experience. Proven track record of delivering high-quality meals while maintaining presentation standards and controlling costs. Experience owning a schedule of full time, part time, and per diem employees Associate degree (or equivalent two-year degree) in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food Service Administration, or a related field preferred.
