• Part-time The Eldred Preserve is seeking an energetic Restaurant Shift Leader for The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, a positive role model, and a coach for our staff. This position fosters the bridge between hourly crew and management, directly supervising daily service, running specific stations, and ensuring brand standards. They will be a positive force in creating an exceptional experience for our guests and a positive environment for our team members.

Job responsibilities:

Staying attentive to the needs of our guests Assisting with all needs of FOH staff Following health code standards with regard to food handling Delegating, and helping with, pre

• and post-shift duties like stocking service stations, and buffing and rolling silverware Leading the team in the dining room, answering questions, and solving problems Working with other Shift Leaders and with the Management Team to create a healthy work environment Assisting with the training of new team members Assisting with resolving any issues our guests may have End of shift reporting + cash flow management

Skills/Qualifications:
