A beloved placefor family dining, It is highly well known for its truly authentic Fujian andSichuan cuisines specially prepared by its master chefs. We have three outlets located at ThomsonPlaza, Bugis Junction and Bedok Mall. FloorSupervisor Roles ℜsponsibilities:- Monitor setup,maintenance, clean and safety of dining areas
- Perform dutieslike ordering, serving, clearing and setting table
- Coordinate foodservice between kitchen and service crew
- Promote salesand be familiar with promotions and menu
- To handlecashiering duties and daily sales reports.
- Constantlyobtain customer feedback
- Adherestatutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines
- Good interpersonal and communicationskill
- Performad-hocduties as assigned

- Work location:
Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction or Bedok Mall Remuneration & Benefits:
- S$2800 to $4000 Monthly
