Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food Service Restaurant Supervisor to lead our bustling restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline processes, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and efficient workflow Lead and motivate staff through training, coaching, and performance management to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Toast, Clover, etc. for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding new team members, and ongoing staff development Monitor restaurant performance metrics to meet budget goals and improve operational efficiency Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences Support kitchen management tasks including food production, catering coordination, and overseeing bar operations when needed Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols Skilled in using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting Excellent leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards Experience in staff training & development, including interviewing and onboarding new employees Competence in shift management, budgeting, and restaurant operations oversight Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Familiarity with kitchen management practices including food handling, food production, catering, and bar services Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Food Service Restaurant Supervisor to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
