We're hiring a Shift Lead to run the floor, lead a team, and maintain a high standard of flow, service, and environment.

Pay Average earnings:

$22-$23+/hr (base + lead differential + tips) The Role Lead shift in real time — directing flow, pace, and team movement Stay fully on the floor — this is a hands-on, high-movement role Maintain strong standards for quality, cleanliness, and presentation Manage in-store and online order flow with organization and awareness Open/close with full accountability What This Role Requires Leadership experience in fast casual, café, or high-volume service Ability to move with urgency and stay composed under pressure Strong attention to detail, structure, and environment Clear, direct communication A natural sense of ownership and awareness Important This is not a placeholder leadership role — we're looking for someone who actively leads, directs, and course-corrects in real time. Training is intentional and sets the standard. Shift Leads are expected to execute consistently and independently once trained , without ongoing direction or correction.
