Job Description
Shift Leader We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to excellent customer service. The Shift Leader oversees daily operations, supports staff, and helps the store meet sales goals while maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers. Key Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure company policies are followed. Train, support, and motivate team members. Manage inventory, merchandising, and product availability. Handle cash management tasks, including cash handling and basic bookkeeping. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns. Assist with marketing efforts to drive sales. Support hiring and team development. Maintain accurate pricing and company standards. Use the POS system for transactions and reporting. Promote teamwork and clear communication. Requirements 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Experience with cash handling. Ability to train and develop staff. Knowledge of sales, budgeting, and restaurant operations. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn and grow.
