Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Position Summary:

The store supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Naisnow, ensuring excellent customer service, consistent product quality, smooth workflow, and strong team performance. This role leads front-line staff during each shift, maintains store standards, solves customer and operational issues, and supports management in achieving sales and service goals.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead staff during daily shifts Ensure drinks, pastries, and desserts meet quality and presentation standards Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally Assist GM with daily tasks and make sure staff is following SOPs Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Support sales growth through upselling and team motivation, as well as ensure store follows company policies and operating procedures. Report equipment issue3s, maintenance needs, and supply shortages Help create a positive, energetic, and teamworkfocused work environment.

Requirements:

1year previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques Knowledge of inventory control skill: FIFO Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail General flexibility to cover all shifts, and weekends Chinese bilingual preferred A valid NY Food Handler Certificate is required
