The Role We're seeking experienced food service professionals who bring confidence, efficiency, and a strong sense of ownership to their work. This is not an entry-level role—you'll be a key part of maintaining high standards, driving sales, and creating an exceptional in-store experience. Duties Leadership & Team Support Act as the on-duty leader during assigned shifts, providing direction and support to team members Train new hires on customer service standards, product preparation, and store procedures Foster a positive, productive team environment and lead by example during busy periods Operations OversightOversee daily shift operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to MYKA® standards Monitor workflow and adjust team assignments to meet customer demand and maintain service speed Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately Customer Experience Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring timely resolutionMaintain a high standard of service and step in as needed to support team members during peak hours Inventory & Compliance Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, usage tracking, and waste reduction Support basic store ordering, including monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment needs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within quick service or fast-food restaurants Strong background in restaurant management, supervision, or hospitality management with leadership experience in the food industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS and 7Shifts POS for transactions and reporting Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with inventory control, food production, catering, or banquet operations is preferred Ability to train staff effectively in food service techniques and safety protocols Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities during busy shifts Leadership qualities including team management , and staff development expertise Why Join Myka?
