Assign duties to scheduled front of the house team members Perform service tasks, such as clearing tables, serving food and drinks, seating guests, and bartending duties when necessary Investigate and resolve situations regarding food quality, service, or accommodations Help assign server sections and side jobs for each shift Review work procedures and operational initiatives to improve service, performance, or safety Assist Restaurant Manager with team member trainings and pre shift meetings Help manager and event captain with catering events Assist manager with month end inventories Monitor daily and hourly cleaning Ensure proper cash handling and tip record keeping for shift More about you Previous restaurant experience preferred Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience preferred Must adhere to company uniform standards and grooming guidelines Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, accept challenges, and embrace new opportunities Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent customer service and employee relation skills Physical requirements Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time Possible exposure to high volume of noise Shift details Days Evenings On call Holidays Weekends Events Who we are Niagara Falls State Park is a pristine oasis of three massive waterfalls, attractions, and 400 acres of protected wildlife.
