Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Papa John's is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Shift Leader to join our team! As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, leading team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the management team to drive performance, maintain standards, and create a positive work environment. Lead and manage shifts while ensuring all team members perform their roles effectively Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members Manage food and labor costs during your shift Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Handle cash and complete daily paperwork and shift reports accurately Monitor product quality and service standards Help with inventory management and ordering when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferred) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
