Join our amazing team at Wingstop and be in charge of providing direct supervision to employees during your shift to ensure the business operates correctly. Duties include covering for employee absences, managing cash drops from the register and resolving problems that occur during their shift.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts to guarantee efficient operations
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
• Oversee kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and quality control
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Skills:

• Proficiency in culinary techniques and kitchen management
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Experience in cash handling and financial transactions
• Knowledge of food service management principles
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Demonstrated skills in hospitality and creating a positive guest experience
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
