Mercy Hospital - A Member of Catholic Health We're looking for a reliable and service-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the dietary team with meal service, food preparation, and sanitation—ensuring our patients, staff, and visitors receive nourishing meals in a clean and welcoming environment. Job Details As a Food Service Supervisor , you'll lead daily operations to ensure patients, staff, and visitors enjoy meals that are both delicious and nutritious.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise room service and retail staff for timely, accurate meal delivery Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and documentation standards Train and support team members; assist with evaluations Conduct daily rounds to coach staff and spot improvement opportunities Handle service recovery and maintain cash controls Support departmental performance improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (required) Food Service Manager Certification (preferred) Experience in food service leadership (preferred)
