  • Part-time Job Overview We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Food Assembly Supervisor to lead our food production team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of food assembly, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and safety regulations. Your leadership will help streamline processes, train staff, and maintain a smooth workflow from preparation to packaging. Responsibilities Supervise daily food assembly operations, ensuring efficient and timely production of menu items. Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all stages. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and minimizing waste. Train and develop team members in food handling, safety procedures, and operational best practices. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards to create a safe working environment. Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or supervising roles within quick service or fast food restaurants. Background in food safety practices, inventory control, and food production processes. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and performance coaching. Familiarity with culinary techniques gained through fine dining or casual dining experience is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
