In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of dedicated associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold store standards, all while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about management, team development, and delivering outstanding service. Duties Lead and supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and optimal team performance Train new employees in customer service protocols, POS systems, inventory procedures, and store policies Manage employee schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet sales goals and operational standards Oversee inventory management including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory control Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Conduct interviewing and onboarding processes for prospective team members to support recruiting efforts Maintain accurate cash handling, payroll records, and bookkeeping documentation in compliance with company policies Requirements Proven supervisory or management experience in retail or a related field with strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and team management strategies Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and store presentation standards Ability to perform under pressure with excellent time management skills; previous assistant manager experience is advantageous Join us as a Shift Leader and become a vital part of a vibrant team committed to excellence!
