Main Responsibilities Supervising hosts and hostesses Greeting and welcoming guests Managing reservations and waitlists Organizing table seating to maximize efficiency Handling customer complaints or special requests Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff Training new hosts on restaurant procedures Monitoring cleanliness and appearance of the entrance and dining area Ensuring excellent customer service standards Skills Required Strong communication and leadership Customer service skills Ability to multitask in busy environments Problem-solving and conflict resolution Knowledge of reservation systems and seating management Previous management experience a plus
